Philips Xcelera does not transfer

I made a clone of an Xcelera R1.2L4 running in an Allura 15 system. By the time I was going to test the transfer between Visub and the recorder the following message appeared: Could not transfer images to this archive. So I did a clean install with another HDD since the original one was still working well but the client wanted more storage space, and I got the same message again.
All the configurations had been checked and they match one another, my question is: is there some interlock or hidden config that blocks new installations to work in these systems?
