I have a problem at philips briliance 6 slice ct .when machine on this message appear (Gantry acqisition sys can not comply .please retry)
After awhile at warm up this message appear (scan 14 out of 27).

You have a data transfer or receive problem . Could be your aqquisitor board in the IRS or faulty transmitter, waveguide, or prism pickup. Also could be rcom. Check in the s1 irs server event log for errors. Run diagnostics on acquisitor board via rdp into s1.
after the warmup fails or completes
You need to open up the ERROR LOG VIEWER from the left hand side menu.
read the most right hand column -- the messages column
in there you may have some error codes that you can reply back to this post with so we can tell what may be failing

Hello, you have a rotation problem, ypu can see also durin warm up.
The posotion os not correct.
Test of rotation.

i would first start by inspected the slip rings and brushes. what is the actual error message in the error log?
