Ive got a 2001 pulsera and a couple manuals with software included. my questions is: can i run xscope on a vista laptop? Also, where can i find the "hardkey"? thanks for any help this is last resort.

Josh, I´m afraid that you cannot use Vista. I had a similar problem working with OEC even with XP the application does not run well because the laptop it´s much faster that the OEC´s processor.
Maybe you can load on your computer a virtual machine that allows you to use any O.S. older than XP. Try to find the program "WM WARE"
Unfortunatelly the hardkey it´s only available via PHILIPS. At least in Spain.
Could you email me your experience working with PULSERA? I´ll have one in a few days and I´m scared...
Try to run the program in Vista via Windows XP mode. You should click right mouse button on the xscope application icon -> Properties -> Сompatibility -> Run the program in Windows XP mode. Or you can install the virtual machine (VMWare) on your PC with Vista and install Windows XP after.
