Hi,
Ive got a problem with Lifepak9,once turning on the M/C, it gives message service and by pushing 'CHARGE" it gives " energy failure" while charging,how could ERR18"error message" be fixed and what is the meaning of energy failure and how could be fixed
Could any one help?!

Hi Mohammed,
The 'SERVICE" message means, that you must replace the TIMEKEEPER IC DALLAS DS1216 and after replacing the DS1216 you must recalibrate the Defibrillator.The 'energy failure" will disappear after recalibration. Go to the site www.Frankshospitalworkshop , to download the Service Manual.
You will also need to buy the DS1216.
