XSC+ STATUS:Xray software.ALE won't go away.Xray tube may not be discharge KV below 30KV or bad multiplier (HV Module if 400R) or bad hvg control bd.

It can be produced for several causes. First, be sure that slip rings are clean and ok. you can run test "ring" from cdddiag sub directory. Choose speed 5 and let it go. If any error is present it will be showed.
If slip rings are ok, discart that XSC software is ok. Reload software using "gxd xsc" command. Don't touch anything during loading software.
If problem persist, use "iqout" program and type "xe" to see status of XSC, follow instructions showed.
Probably you will need to use "No LOAD" test to identify failing module.
A question. DO you obtain any image or the error appear just beggining the exposure?

When you proceed pliot scan 130KV 30MA,it will display 1006 error on Touch Panel after exposed,"READY" turn off, and also you could get pilot image.if you want to plan ,you must turn the key again to "READY" light and scan image.I find a regular pattern ,That is related to KV,
low KV,less error!I could change the scan parameter to 120KV,But the pilot parameter can not be changed.I want to solve the problem completely.

If you are sure the slip ring are clean and ok, you must run a NO LOAD test to find whisch HV component of the HVG is failing. It can be Tube, inverters, output box or multipliers. NO LOAD test will help you to identify the cause.
Do you tried modifying mA? If problem appear more with more mA it can be inverters. If just change with KV it can be multipliers or tube. Verify oil level inside the HV cables connectors (multipliers side, do not try to unscrew it from tube)

i need to be sure I understood:
1.- You have error 1006 when try to do warmup and you can not do it.
2.- if you try to take pilot, the system move and sound like it do the pilot but not ray (sure? may be there is Xray but there is not image)
3 also have error 2005
2005 - Programmable Interrupt (PPI) error:
The following occur through programmable interrupts:
1. Programmed Position
2. Data Acquisition Complete Couch is NOT moving!
3. Data Grabber
4. Scan Position Valid
If one of these could not be enabled because of some other process already waiting for that interrupt, or did not occur within an expected time this error message is generated. Check the XSC STAT: 5th nibble, Bit 1 (Exposure armed). Sync signal uses slip ring 7 & 8. Also, DREQ grounded - Data cable cut!
i am sure its the large filament on tube your tube is bad you need to replace tube i had this problem also you need to check igpt on invertor it can be lost from tube arching

Hi Sayat. Please do you can say me the weather conditions to produce 1006? I had worked on CT's at high altitude and extremely cold (3 to 10°C) without 1006 appear. The humidity is extremely high there but without condensation. I plan to return in a couple of months and want to know if there is something I can do to prevent it to appear

Sometimes a bas tube cobdition is miss interpretated by software. Recently I changed all HV chain to find tube was BAD with error 1009....

SYSTEM IN INTERLOCK was solved
that data cable on Rotor controle card was not installed in correct position
i unpluged it and installed in right position system in interlock
go away
also evry fault cleard

I use "manexp" to change the filamaent,without any change, report 1006 error,too.

More than ten reasons that give error 1006. But mostly it's coming from a dirty slip rings and the low temperature of the room Gantry.

Temperature is kept between 20--24℃ .That is OK all the time.
