Contactor Off : TURN KEYSWICTH TO 'SYST' AND TRY AGAIN
I need some help, I dealing with Picker 5000, I having a problem with Contactor.I could'nt warming the system because Contactor Off and also the ready light on the Console does not lit.
hi Matt
there are a lot of things that can avoid you have green light. there will be no operation until green light turn on.
Open front door of gantry, set BOTH secure lines, pull the gullwing sw until you listen a click and try again. on AC INUT BLOCK you will see some leds green and yellows. let me know which are lit on this module and on system board module. make sure of the led lit name, some errors can ocur seing it from an angle.
check ac input voltaje. it must be 450 or more.
check there are four leds lit on back of gantry at left of the service normal select key.
check all fuses you can see WARNING: TURN OFF EQUIPMENT FROM THE WALL BEFORE ATTEMP IT.
Feel free to contact me at the email for further help.
good luck

1- I changed Signal slip brushes and Brushes, Then clean up the slip ring.
2- Checked all the fuses at back of the gantry, all look good.
3- I found 2 relays Lit on the AC Power Supply (See Image 1,2 & 3) Is That Relay ?
4- Changed Ribbon Cable and reseated the SIF Board but not a Ribbon cable and SIF cause a problem,Problem still remain the same.
5- I found 2 AC Contactor on the AC Power Supply Activated when I turn The Key swicth.
6- There is no Fault LED light is Lit and all XSC power were present. If the XSC got power meaning the fuse in the XSC assy not blown? right ?
7- Gantry Rotate.
