I have an issue with a Picker Clinix E table. The table top magnetic locks don't get activated when the table is on, I checked underneath the table and saw a 2Amp 250 Volts fuse that was blown up so I changed it 2 times and keeps blowing it. Any help on how to get this fixed, is appreciated.
Thank you Lenny! I changed the Transformer on the buttom of the table and the wiring in the box on the side of the table that were having a short. After all this, the table locks are great!
Check the diodes or the lock coil is bad. These run pretty hot. I have seen people locate a fan next to them to help. As I remember these are a pain to replace involving dropping the tube stand (shoot the design engineer) Have help. Good luck
Just in case someone needs some help with this... there was a short in the box on the side of the table that connects to the table release button, the 120-24V transformer on the buttom of the table was replaced as well because this short was blowing the fuses up!
Finally the locks are working great!

check the diodes across the magnetic locks it could be shorted or you have a bad lock
