I do not know the Picker units, but often Teflon is used. You could trace it and have a machine shop make it for you. If it's white and slippery, its Teflon.
This is picker product and you cannot find it,but if you remove it carefully without brake it to many pieces and give it to machinery workshop they can reproduce it.It is from teflon.Later you have to re-calibrate and will work.
A pantograph machine and expirience technician can make a very good job
For Elscint CT's it was definitely not teflon which has HU around 1000. As far as I remember it was ca 50...60. Scan your compensator and check the HU of it and find similar material. Otherwise you will have trouble with uniformity.

I 3D scanned it years ago but can't find the correct material. i learned there are many material called "teflon"

If the material is close then the detector remains in the operation dynamic area.
The Elscint detector/colimator set was diferent than Picker.
