Hi, There is a problem when I start a Pilot or Scan, and a error message appears:
"Pilot Plan Execution Error. A recoverable execution error ocurred during execution of the last pilot plan. Please resubmit the plan by confirming Pilot Parameters and try again..."
After that happend the same thing.
I got X ray for warmup without problems, I can move couch in any direction. Thank you

Also I realize that de in/out couch display does not go gradually it has changes in both direcctions, I already change encoder.
