Our system E99 upgreaded Marconi mri system
we have problem on T1 scan and some times on T2 scan
when we start scan on head coil we have following error on Xterm :
scan smdresetorient:3 did not reset coefficient pointers since active channel pointers
scan are not identical
scan channel pointer values fallow
scan channel a :1
scan channel b :1
scan channel c :0
scan channel d :0
scan smdResetOrient :3 formatted recipe information follows
scan directive type..........: 21
scan directive priority.......: 8
scan event count.............:1
sequence block number......:0
channel map....................:0x7
local acqexecd:4 acquisition ıd 0x500028f
local acquisition error received from the scan subsystem the function code
local received was acqexecd soft error detected waiting for the acquisition
local to terminate
local stuffer: 4 warning no images were received from current scan
local acqexecd 4 acquisition ıd 0x500028f complete acquisition status error
local bg edp filter 3 acquisition 0x500028f has no attached series skipping post processing
local scan setup:3 failed 9 fast localizer v 1 0:01 0.01 1 ref

Did you reset the system and still have the same problem? Main body coil and other surface coils ok?
What is the center frequency as indicated on your daily QC? If possible, send me the daily QC information on body and head coils.
Check all the simple things on your Scan/Recon cabinet, LEDs, power supplies [6U, 9U, DTR], filter, fans, etc.
Check the CC3 board.
Run diagnostics on your 6U and 9U boards individually via your notebook PC.

Send me the full log file. You can find it at:
/usr2/local/log. The latest errors will be listed as a file called system.0. Use a computer to catch it through ftp.
Email us the file so we can try to help.

Hi,
this is well known fault of Grad Channel Board. Check old MR files of EDGE/Vista systems.
Please double ccheck the version of the board- it should be 64K Rev. B as far as I remember...
