This procedure can be used only if the monitor is working but low sensitivity of the touchscreen causes problems in operation. Disconect the patiene circuit, turn of the ventilator, then press and hold the setup key and turn on the machine in order to boot the service mode, after this, you will have the service menu, press the calibration key then you will find the monitor cal or something like that and press to start the calibration process which consists in touching the 4 monitor corners when the icons apear respectively. Try it an write again

Hi Michail. What manufacturer is specified on yours AVEA - CareFusion or Viasys?
What particularly malfunction?
Or you search for service manual?
