Err 31 Slow capacitor charge (capacitor bank charges too slow)
- âV25â (line) on D950 flashing? Check fuse F1
- None or insufficient charging frequency?
- Check D950 (âV22 - V24â defective?)
- Poor connections to / in the capacitor bank?
