When the generator is powered ON(from console or D160.S1):
1. On the console Torch screen you see // on the Top Left Corner, The initialization does not go further.
2. On the D100 board in the Generator; V14 (seven segment LED) shows an 8.
Also on D100 board the following LED are also in the ON state: V108, V113, V110, V90, AP2, AP1, AP0, APIII, V35, V36, V165, V166, V167, V168.
3. On D160 the following LED are in ON status: V36, V37, V34, V40, V35, V38, V39, H1, H2, and V23.
4. Also on D200 (System Controller) board only V3 (Red) LED is ON. I noticed that 7-segment LED does not light at all. There is +5V at D200.X1.pin 1.
What do you think is wrong? What Board is faulty?
5. What is the function of the switch XCS-DUEP at the back of the console?
1. if you see // in your touchscreen means that it is powered up and that the correct voltage has been applied.
2. the 8 on the d100 means two things, d100 is defective or voltage core is incorrect or oscilating.
3. voltages seems fine.
4. if d200 is not showing anything may be related with a faulty d100 or it is also damaged.
5. XCS and DUEP are two diferents types of communications, polydoros lx 30/50 uses XCS you should not change it, but an easy way to test the core of the touchscreen is changing to duep restart and then change to xcs and restart again, it must start the included program to load the firmware.
Conclution: check voltages, fuses below d160, if you have the chance test dl00 in a working generator. Almost sure d100 is wrong.

I was able to change the D100 and D200 with boards from a working generator, it is now confirmed that the two boards are faulty. the only problem now is that the torch screen displays error 810/080. On the D100 7 segment display shows 4(meaning: Initialization completed, waiting for for the tube assembly selection). Can someone help? What do i do next? Does it relate to any problem with D220 board? Thanks. Ogali Daniel.
D100 an D200 store the information related to the site configuration, if you changed both, you probably need to configure the site again. If you have a backup it is time to use it. If not you have to configure it again from ground up. That's not too hard, really.
The error you are mentioning refer to a stator problem in tube. You should check the 550volts source, and then clean the contactors.
Now that you have changed the both boards I can tell that the new boards you are using contains information about another site with diferent number of tubes, or diferent type of tubes. Configure the site again and that should fix it.
