I have a polydoros IT generator no exposure problem. Error 41. I started by replacing the board D500 but it looks like the high voltage circuit is faulty because I can't do any generator adjustments.
Err041: ILoad Error 3
Description:
• Over-current occurred in the inverter.
Possible causes of the error:
• Single-tank or tube unit not correctly conditioned
• Power too high under unfavorable line conditions.
• Tube unit defective
• D510 defective
Corrective measures:
• At the HVT/D530, check the X1 (large focus) and X3 (small focus) cable connections
• Perform a readjustment of tube unit: 1) Static Inverter adjustA; 2) Learn filamentA
• Check the internal line resistance, Ri; for this, see the Startup Instructions,
Page 2-2; reduce power
• Replace the Tube unit; first read out/noteA the Tube data, then perform the following
adjustments: 1) Static Inverter adjustA; 2) Learn filamentA
• Replace the Inverter unitI and perform a readjustment: Static Inverter adjustA
Hi. I checked both focuses the are good. I can't do any generator adjustment. Wether is start with the tube warm up or static inverter adjustment. It cuts at the first exposure and shows error 41 on the touch screen console.
Hi. How do I test. The no load switching? I do not have a scope at the moment, its in for calibration. And how do I check the possible problem inside the tank?

You have a inverter overcurrent in one branch. Try testing with no load switching, and oscope to see if inverter is ok. Maybe problem inside tank.
