Only in tube I at 95Kv or more, erratic (sometimes can do 141 kv shoot without error, in large or small focus), HV terminals apparently OK, no discharge sounds, non invasive KV oscilogram shows a KV elevation (aprox. 10-15 %) prior breakdown.

Try this swap the HV cables at the tube and transformer and see if this corrects your issue. I just helped someone with this exact issue last week.
Pull the collimator & port filters to look for stationary hits on the anode. If evidence is found, Error 711-80 may turn out to be intermittent contacts (1-2, 3-4) on the D115 K5 contactor (high speed starter). This contactor is designed to short out the phase shift capacitor when using a tube with a 3 phase stator winding. When the contacts fail (intermittently), the anode wobbles during "rotor start", but does not rotate, due to lack of phase shift. There is currrent through the stator windings, so it doesn't fault during prep.

I think error 711 is a broken focus of the tube.
