Polydoros SX50 does not initialize, it stop on segment b

Hi again,
We recive another Polydoros SX50 for install, it had seen it running when uninstall on the hospital.
The changes we know are, the tube had been changed for a newer, we know we need to configure it, but we think it is going to be after the equipment start. are we right?
There for was no more changes, we turn it on this week after site installation.
In the 7segment display start counting and it stops at b (Fluoroscopy/radiography enabled), and something like a beep sounds on the generator, it seems to came from D115 Board.
From manual the next step is h.-ZB (exposure preparation) ON.
For test we put off the S2 Swich ZB from D100, then turn on again, the 7 digit display stop at b too, but without the beep sound.
We check the voltage form D115, for high voltage.
We find between X5 and X6 589 Volts DC, At X21 conector we find 7 Volts on pin 3 and 4
The led V114 Off, never turn on.
On X10, pin 1 and 3 had 29 volts AC each
Please any idea of wish is the problem, i will be greatfull.

.( Update 23/10, 20:08 The sound came from K5 on D115, it get open and stop the supply form A1 to A2. i restart the system, at begining it had the K5 ir order, A1 to A2 with 29v in each side. When counter get b, the K5 gets open and cut supply to A2, remain 29v in A1)

call a guy name dave at first call parts they give support, in hopes you will need a board or something.His number is 540-520-2207 He just helped me with a similar problem. Mine was D200 board on a LX 50. You could also try reloading software.

Normally if stops at B the generator is ready and the error comes from the peripherals equipment
