I have a problem with Picket PQ 2000 CT
Error Code:512 XSC+ANB MAX RETRIES ERROR
Case1)
· When the machine is ON,Tube rotates once or twice to reach ıts original stage and stops
· No Ready (Green) Light
Case2)
· How could we connect the laser camera to PQ 2000,(AE Tıtle, IP Addresses, Local and Remote nodes,etc…)
· When Laser and PQ connected, we get ping but no PRINT happens
· How could we see, if the Dıcom is avaibable on this Licanse· Is ‘how CNF’ a right command to see the Dıcom or any other precedure
· If Dıcom is there, we still need mım or not(digital convertor)

YOU CAN SELECT YOUR PRINTER WRITING IQ>CAMERA- YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO SELECT THE ONE YOU ARE USING.
TO SEE YOUR DICOM CONFIGURATION WRITE IQ>NET_CONF OR NET_CNF, SHOW_CNF; I DONT REMEBER EXACTLY BUT ONE OF THOSE IS. GOT LUCK.
No DICOM print on PQ series.
You can only DICOM send.
If this is a new installation, for 512 error you can check the cable between console and gantry, other possible problem is operation software, bad XSC and many other.
512 is a serial comms problem.. In your case is maximum retries: it means no comms at all, then you won't get the "ready" nor laser on. The XSC+ has minifuses on it: check them. If blown pay attention to the signal brush block: check for "hairs" shortening from one slot to other. If so, repair (only if possible...maybe not if largely worn out) and check the GPU serial comms transceivers: they could be blown too. Are the SIF port working well?. If signal brushes shortened slots (specially 120 V ones to low signal) you can have additional boards damaged. There is a special procedure if that is the case because the number of boards damaged could be higher than expected. After having the CAT scanner back to operation, we can talk about DICOM print. It works pretty fine and is very easy to set up.

Hi Secul:
Sergio is right. Sometimes, little fuses are located on motherboard of the cards baskets located right side of Gantry.
You will need to clean rings too. Use 99%ethilic alcohol.
If you find a short in signal brushes, probably XSC, GPU and/or SIF are damaged. Sometimes they are reparable changing the ports but I strongly recomended to change it not repair.
You will need to change cable from SIF to Card basket motherboard too and connections between gpu and xsc (when this is broken you can do manual exposure, warm up but no scan or pilots or the shoot is maded but no x ray presented)
If you have not manuals, please tell me to look for pins and remit it to you
