Help!
By any chance does anybody have an idea on what the problem could be?
I have an HDI 1000 that is not recognizing any transducers i have a C8-4V and a C5-2 and ither of them work.
Any hint will be appreciated.

I think you may have a problem with your option file. Have you recently restored software, or reloaded it. I you have you may need to reload the options on the system.

No the system was working fine and one morning just didn't recognize the probes and i notice that when I turn off and turn on again the system doesn't keep date and the system doesn't recognize the probes.

something to watchout for is the ID chip looks like a fat battery, do not remove that one. It provides the system with an ID, if you remove it the system will no scan.

I believe the C5-2 will not work on HDI1000, the right convex is the C4-2, about the C8-4V is weird because that is the right one.

Both transducers were working the machine is also loosing time and date and someone told me to check the batteries but i don't know where they are.
