We are having problems with a used GE 9T-RS probe.
Here's what is going on with the GE 9T-RS probe we sent our international customer:
First, the buttons on the probe do not react to the touch.
Second, the probe does not proceed with the calibration after plugging into the respective ultrasound machine VIVID I.
It should be noted that the machine runs inner calibration to ensure that the attached probe is functioning.
I have videos documenting what is wrong.
Anyone have any idea as to how to fix this?
