the filament circuit is a loop between filament board, HV thank (cathode)and X ray tube. please check your HV thank you see a orange cable from the thank to filament board this supply the signal to the filament board (ma board)
do the test and if you have not signal maybe the thank or tube filaments is open.
pls unplug the cath cable from the HV tank and mesure the filaments (S and L) if they are open then your tube is bad if not you may have anothere trouble somewhere else
you can do all what the colleagues has mentioned in addition to please unplug the HV cables form both sides tank and the tube and make sure that the plugs are clean and clean it well then put it again and tell me the results.
