Problem in a GE logic alpha 200

When turn on the US only appears the image with no data in the screen (study, ID, Patient, Etc) only has the date and time but both are wrong. I tried to change the settings in the menu but doesn`t change and the keyboard stop responding at this point. Does anyone have an idea about this problem?

Can you please send a picture of image on Monitor? maybe the CPU board is bad

System has "lost it's memory" Needs to be re-booted!
