Please help me.

I used O2 for MxView and SeleCT but I cannot recognize the informations from your computer.
Anyhow let me try to give some advice:
# I am not sure that is O2 problem, I can see messages with scsi device.. It is not a problem with hard drive because you have application running,
There is 2 scsi devices inside the O2: Hard disk and CD. There is also port for one scsi device (which can be connected like cascade). Maybe something happened to this device or the cable connection is not sure. I have some documentation for Mx8000, but I can get it on Saturday. Let me check. What manufacturer is for your scanner: Elscint/Picker/Marconi/Philips? Which software version, and OS version? These inforations maybe can help...

HI, your problem is on the IRS, not on the O2.
First, check all connections on the back of the IRS.
Then, if the problem persist, you can open the IRS and check all connections inside.
Depends of the version of your IRS you can swap the SCSI Discs or some boards to check the fail.
In the most of cases, the mercury boards must be replaced.
Good luck,
the 02 first does a check up of the hardware of the o2, then if all o.k it loads the software ant then the aplication, so if you run the aplication mxview it loads all the way or it stops at a certain % on the bar that shows the progress of the software aplication????, in most cases you have a bad hard drive on the irs, open the irs and check that all the ligths of the hard drives are blinking when is turning on, check if they are spinning and if there is any that is making bad noice, the hard drives are cheap and can be changed, only you have to reformat the drive once is inside and conected at the irs, i don't think if the machine was working o.k that the problem is a mercury board because es says in your email ce's initialized and runing, if you can call or email or by skype when you are at the machine i can tell you what to do have luck......

Thank you for your e-mail.
I tested IRS in normal system, the other hospital.
IRS is no problem. Only O2 problem.
At first, I will change NVRAM in O2 Computer.
After testing I'll write result or question.
Thank you very much.
Best regards
