Most likely your acquisition interface board is the problem, since it does not show up on whole body scans but on statics. Does the lines show up on flood images? Are they sharply defined (digital) or somewhat blurred?
The acquisition interface is in the CAP. However, since the lines are blurred, it may be in the Multi head divider pcb, which is also in the CAP. Do you have diagnostics installed that you can run?

multi head divider you mean digital divider? yes have diagnostics but need the activation key.
