Can You post all log ftom RTM?
Make please picture of all boards status led.
This error like RTM not initialiset samself, cant start internal SW.
Waiting more information.

Problem on Asteion Super4

Hello every one..,
I'm facing difficulties on Asteion Super 4 (Ms Windows base).
When startup I got message "cannot restart RTM"
The followings are messages from the laptop connected to RTM :
"StarInterface.c 79 tStart | Board in slot 18 must be G4-DTB board"
"StartupTask.c 82 tStart | Error in StarPCIInit"
Could you explain what's wrong with our Rec Box, because a days before it was normal, and Asteion Super 4 not using DTB board.
