your software on mamex pcb does not support the the transducer which you connect.Replace the mamex and try again..

probably one of two things, one the probe you have attached is not licensed to work with this particular system, OR your battery back up has failed and your unit's software strings have disappeared. check to see if the other probes are working and if color and doppler functions are working.Need more help , just ask.
My system has problem with the dopler depth and the multizone knob, multizone knob has taken up the fuction of the depth knob and the multizone knob has lost its fuctions likewise the doppler knob.

I have a similar problem as Rossana Diaz had, especially my system probably has the CVC battery exhausted. Additionaly I have not recorded encryption string. Do you have an idea where I could get it.

Dear Rossana,
This message usually happens when you lost you encryption strings due to a problem on the CVC batteries.
You will need to change the CVC batteries, reinstall the encryption strings and all the exam presets....
