PROBLEM WITH AN ATL HD1 3000 ERROR CODE

Hi Im havin this problem when i turn on the system WITHOUT THE PROBES i get this message.
A SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS ERROR HAVE BEEN DETECTED
SYSTEM CPU MOP REPORTED AMBIGUOUS ERROR DURING BOOT UP.
But when i turn the system WITH THE PROBES ATACHED i dont get any error message but the system boots up, again and again.i get the screen with the color bars
any idea?
