in LOG:

Error occurred in reserve.rawkey=288.1.23027.2.3
Cenceling reserved raw blocks failed
raw reserve failed -7
Raw Collection Preparation failed
Any advice to fix?
A corrupt recon queue. There may be no errors in GESYSLOG.
The only way to tell if the recon queue is corrupted is to try to go into Recon Management and try to delete the recon requests and/or unsuspend the recons. If they will not remove or unsuspend then the recon queue is corrupted.
The recon queue is found in /usr/g/recon_q. There are two files. The one file is always about 3.5Mb, even after it is deleted and recreated. The other file is about 50K when it is created. Do not use an echo command to clear out the files! This will not fix the problem. Delete them and then reboot. They will be recreated.
If this does not fix the problem then you may have a problem in the recon hardware. Run diagnostics as per the service manual.
