Problem with Philips Mx8000

I have problem with a Mx8000, not finished loading the table and has an error saying "not ready timeout period expired: Master Server", I guess it's the table that is not calibrated, but I not have the CanPro, I have only firmwares and the error list, if anyone could help, please.

check the fiber cable to the left side of gantry. check for dust on the end of the fiber or on the gantry side.

Do you get the software to load all software???, do you get to the point to select the application software???, mx8000, odor stops before we need more information, i think thecouch is not the problem, every module has his CPU and will report error, you should be able to turn all and the master error can be hdd bad yes tracks or software corrupted

The operating system starts perfectly, the problem is when the commands to reset the table, flash controls in the gantry, but no sound is heard to do the table and simply re-send the reset and does the same, when it passes the timeout then throws the error over sized

it is simple the systms starts to load the software and then in the proces is resets the gantry , this includes getting the infrmation on the health of the components of the gantry and the position tube, table, gantry angle etc......, if this is done in the proces the system is getting up it detects something wrong in the table, you should go to the error log and check what eror the unt is giving you, this can be on the gantry, the or on the table vertical or horizontal, it is very important in what stage of the proces is the error, if the system loaded all o.k and you can see patients on the monitor select all in the computer, and then you try to move the table, fist try up and down then in /out, you should get the reset of the ligth of ganry when you reply the error, so if when you move horizontal in it gives yoiu the reset of the numbers on display on gantry then you have the problem on the board of horizontal move, since this board has the 2 moves horizontal you have to change that complete board, it is important to check when the system is reseting the displ;ay on gantry, please send us more information, all imformation so we can help mx8000 is easy to work with...

I saw this problem many time. it is not hardware problem,only software. it have something wrong with image data on D drive of Host computer, application scan can not load data so it is timeout. You need delete old data folder and create new data folder
