Dear friends,
1. When the system is turned on, a window is displayed asking us to enter in safe mode, normal boot.
2. We select normal boot mode and show us the application. When we reboot the system again it shows us the window to choose the boot options.
3. The stack of the mainboard was replaced and still this problem is shown.
4. What could be the solution?
The software version is: 1.09 (I don´t have this software)
NOTE:
When I entered the BIOS configuration, after restarting the system, the resolution of the screen is greatly increased and when it enters the application it is shown in safe mode.
What could be the correction in this case? .
