Problem with std block for LUNAR DPX ALPHA

For problems with software in a Dpx-IQ compact, I have no options to load 4.7E from Dpx-alpha,but result when run daily QA doesent accept it,because when scan the cameras inside the block the values are out of tolerance.I hope make sense.If anyone can help to solve this problem?

Dear Eduardo,
The software for every Lunar system is tailor made. Have you ever received any complete and valid QA test with this software?
If not you have to have a software for this unit.
We can find it for you but we need to know the original SN of the software, the boot firmware on SBC which can be 1.0 or 2.4, scan options, the SN of the black phantom (standard). A correct older QA test will be helpfull.
