Problem with the printer Kodak Dryview 5850

I have a problem to the printer Dryview 5850. Its have error 36935. i thinks that machine's hardware not recognize and communication with software. Could some one help me ?

This error occurs when the LOCAL PANEL does not receive communications from the Machine Control System (MCS). The LOCAL PANEL waits for 50 seconds, then generates a fake button press in an attempt to provoke communications from the MCS. After an additional 10 seconds, if the LOCAL PANEL has not received MCS communications, this error is displayed on the LOCAL PANEL User Interface. The error clears when the LOCAL PANEL detects MCS communications.

i had try connect to this machine dryview 5850. i connect this printer with destop pc , keyboard. but when access the OS of machine,keyboard will not recognize although early them worked normally and not access program of dryview. So how i can do to fix this error? Can some engineerer can help me ?

There is no additional information how to fix this type of error. You must to read log files to find the reason for this error msg.
Try to reconnect all connections on the boards, check the buttons on the local panel.
Maybe, if you have software and back up, try to reinstall the software and restore the backup.
