After booting Ultramark 9, when attempting to application level, we had simultaneous messages:
Calibration Process of Probes Failled
'BeamFormer Pulser Hardware Fault'
and after that there is no image on the screen.
is anybody can help me for this problem or Service Manual?

i have problem with um9,it selects the probe but can not calibrate,for a while it shows probe on image screen but go back to NO XDCR,shows the probe patern on image screen but not show the data/image,it shows "Power calibration Reselect XDCR",please help out.

You opened the back and bottom cover of the device, where are all the power supplies, and did there anything?
