After installing a 2nd hand tube we are getting recurring but intermittant QA failures. All the boxes are ticked green on the QA but when the screen switches to the report it shows red and fails. After examining the trend graphs the only one that shows errors is the lowest mA ratio. This has a steady line at approximately 20 upto the date that the tube was changed then variations from 20 down to 16.24 since then. Does anyone know the the relevance of the graph and possible fixes?
