The hard disk drive from a Prodigy CPU damage with not option to recover nothing, I change the HDD load the XP Pro windows and install the application after this run setup to load the seacom driver on it, but when test communications no answer open and close the port but some part of the test say like this:
waiting for¨HEYOU¨- BAD SOH
waiting for ACK- BAD ACK
at the end check cable and boards, the machine worked one day before broken and I suppouse the sealevel card is OK, I dont have driver for this card only that comes on disk I
NOTE: the installation of seacom driver is before install soft application?

Dear Eduardo first of you have to check the seacom installation.
Usualy its software is installed with the encore software. But you can reloaded both from the encore CD or sealevel subdirectory in the lunar subdirectory.
If you cannot find it downloaded from their site.
After that you will go to test serial communication.
Do not forget that you have to use a specific boudrate on comm port.
It will be also usufull to send me all the list of the error, because ACK means more or less that there is no conection with detector.
Step by step on: Chapter 5 / Appendices / 5-L DXPC2000ap
Take the sealevel board off, then reload the setup from your encore CD 1, seaCOM Folder, turn off your computer. Reinstall your sealevel board, turn on your computer. Go to Start up/Settings/Control Pannel, double click on Advanced Ports, see if the 7201 board is active, and wich comunication port is, then open the encore service test comunication, select the active 7201 com port, and try to test one more time.
