There should be a seperate smpte floppy with your software bundle. Load it like you would any image from a floppy. Part number for floppy is YMSP9150HZ. I believe I have a spare copy for you to use, but since it is copyright of GE I am not allowed to sell it.

Yes got the end user to order disk.
Tried to load at two diffent sites and I must be doing something wronge .
Even ask operator to do it, thinking that I am doing it wrong.
Looked in operator manual as you say and makes sense that it load as a image file.
Can you write back email with the ans. step by step.
