Hi guys,
I started having this following error code when I was getting helical scans, then I started to do just axial scans with no issue, until now, that I can not pass the SET point before Starting the exposure, because the systems aborts the scan.
ER-101 Scan Error 53 with Axial, Helical scans and also in warm ups.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
The 101 is a general scan error, when you look through the log, do you have any XG Errors? The XG Error will point us to the defective hardware.
Is there rotor noise?
Carry out HV Diagnostics.
Hi guys, thanks for your reply, I found a 240-120 transformer damaged in the CTVRC module, somehow the connector to the CTVRC board was shorted and burned, probably 2 of the 4 cables got loose and had a shortcut. I will be replacing the motor and see what it does, I'll talk to you guys later to explain what
Also, when I checked the OGP board and everytime I hit the SET button to begin the gantry rotation, the D2A green led on the OGP board blinks, until I reset the board or the system, goes to normal. Do not know if this error has to do with the same ER-101, does anybody know something about it?

Er 101 code 53 : XG Ready Response Timeout;Check Optical Cable(E-Rack-----HV Inv); Connect opticat cable securely or replace it.

101 53 , 54 intermittent in the morning slip-ring check data brush,and air conditioned quality.
check the brushes and slip rings.

Hi guys, so I replaced the CTVRC module, and still have the same ERROR
ER-101 Scan Error 00000053 LCP=03 TN=SEQC ADD.=00245E62

Sorry the D2A ERRS led on the OGP board, is ON and not blinking/flashing... the one flashing is the D3A LOOPS led (but this is normal).
