QDR 4500 Boot up error.

Hello,
I have Bone Desintometer QDR 4500 Holigic. This in the Boot up shown the next message:
“NO A/C Line Interrupts” message at start-up
I not have idea how yo fix it. I check the 28/24 and 15/5 +- Voltage. The interlock in the table [Intro the Case.].
Any have idea?

the 28 volts will only come on when all conditions are satisfied. Check and make sure e stop is not engaged. You can also look at distribution board and look at LEDs. Could also be main communication cable plugged into the back of the computer could be loose or the communications controller board is not seated in the motherboard.

This error is generated when the XRC does not generate interupts from the ac line voltage. Any failure of the XRC, power or emergency stop switch is the first point to start troubleshooting.

I fixed the problem. But i cant do Qc. The position in spine phatom is wrong all and dont know how to enter service mode.

I do not understand when you say you cannot do a QC scan. You press the "center table" button and align the spine phantom and then run the scan. What version software do you have?

I place the Spine Phatom on the table. Where I indicates the laser. But I do not know what position I put the Spine Phatom. The service manual no explain it. Well i try use QC [Obviously with Phatom placed.] the software say: Not found the Phantom.
In conclusion I want to learn to correctly position the Phantom.
I ask you. What is "Motion Calibrate"

I understand now. You place the phantom on the table and have the dot on top to the left and numbers to the right. You line up laser crosshairs on the dot and center the laser in between the numbers. For example, if the spine phantom number is 3846 you would put the laser in between the 8 and 4 and to the right.

I had to pay $500 for a pdf version of the service manual, which has a lot of great information. I can email that to you along with QDR for Windows software loading procedure, but I need to get paid to help me recoup some of my cost. Let me know so I can get this to you
