I have a DEXA machine model qdr 4500A. I am facing aproblem that durin daily
QC with phantom system shows an error "19.03.2014 14:27:44 ErrorId: IDS_SCN_CHECKRETRYDCAL ErrorNo: 9237
Exit, repeat the QC procedure and check the phantom position carefully. System
failed. Check that the phantom is the ONLY object on the table.
Test failed - mean exceeds limits. An error has occurred in a CSFStream.
Anyone can help me out to resolve this issue.

Try the alignment of the tube to the detector in section 4 of the manual. The CSFStream is the data from the detector. Check carefully the final value of the gain. If you don't get enough the tube or XRC is probably bad.
Thank you very much for your attention. Yes, the oil was leaking from lexan cup which sealed by tightening the related screws. The problem was resolved by running QRDriver calibration. We will also change the gaskits of the tank, later on.

Hi Mahfooz,
before doing any alignment, check the X-ray tube, there me be a lot of oil in the lexan cup.
