Hi all experts, need some help on QDR-4500 I changed the BIOS battery and now is giving me the error message when I turn it on: Fail to choose the line frecuency please choose mannually 50-60hz.
I did choose 60hz we are at Costa Rica and when trying to do the QC it says: Error to syncronize can not determine line frecuency.
Please help me out I would really really apreciate.
The PC must be connected to the scanner via a SCSI interconnecting cable that goes inside the unit. Also power to PC must also come from the scanner using the 120V internal distribution. So check for 2 cables attached to the PC.
