System: SONOS 5500/ REV: D2
My system has an image quality problem. I proceeded to the replacement of the video I/O board by a new one, but now I have double image on my screen.
Would-you please give me advice to solve this problem.
I would suggest replacing the new board with the old original board and see if you go back to what you had before. If you don't have the double images, check any jumpers on the new board to match the old board. I believe there is a self test you can run on the Video I/O board on that model. I maybe repeating your trouble shooting but I am not sure what you have done so far.
