Question: Have you ever been trained by AGFA for the NX Workstation or any of the CR's?
If not AGFA Support may or may not assist you, they may refer you to an Authorized AGFA Service Agent or get you in contact with an AGFA Service Tech.
This is what you will need to do if you decide to proceed:
You need to contact AGFA global support, get out your Credit Card and buy the license if you are sure it's not activated.
Absolutely nobody on the Dotmed Forum can get you the license.
The item number you will want is 52HC4, List Price is $5,000 AGFA dealer net is lower but I cannot publish it because of our confidentiality clause with AGFA.
If you decide to move forward with the license, AGFA Support will need the following from the NX workstation
The exact version of NX, open NX go to main menu and click "About NX"
They will also need the MAC Address of the workstation, you can find this from license manager.
They will also need the dongle-id, also available in license manager or just look at the dongle.
And they'll need the serial number of the workstation, seeing that this is NX9000 it's most likely a HP workstaiton, use the HP Serial number on the HP tag on the top of the workstation.
And last but not least, from license manager generate a fingerprint file, you will need to send this to AGFA Support when they request it.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHOULD YOU ENABLE TEMPORARY LICENSES!
