Quinton Q5000 Stress Test Console Harddisk Interface Error

Hello All
I am getting "Master Interface Error (FFFF).
Master Error - Unable to mount harddisk (8004) " at our Stress Test Console Q5000 soon the machine is switched on. As this seems to be related with harddisk so the system is not booted further and hangs up after displaying this error. What might be the problem ?
