Hello everyone:
I have a problem with a GE LightSpeed QXi CT scanner. I had to replace the Disk in the O2 computer, after reloading the software, Applications won't start. I have serial communication between the Octane and the O2, but no communication over the network, I can cu sbc, but no rsh sbc. When starting the system sends a message: "mount: sbc: /usr/g/cal_db server not responding: Port Mappper failure - NFS version 3 failed trying version 2". I have tried replacing another Disk, System Module in both the O2 and the Octane, replacing memory boards in both the O2 and the Octane, I had to replace the Serial Expander ST-1400, I have replaced the switch, cable, even the power supply of the O2, I have used 2 different sets of software and have replaced the CDROM and Applications don't start, no rsh sbc. Anyone have a different idea of what could possibly be blocking communication between Octane and O2?
Any idea that might help? Thanks in advance
