Hello May be somebody can help me, I have a light speed qxi with this error: Scanning hardware reset failed. I made ping with etc stc and obc and answer is unknown Host.
hello juan you need to specify the error messages and let know the type of console your machine has octane [green] or octane 2 blue as you are presenting the thing you have communication issue

The system have green octane the SBC is OS computer.
The problem is the communication between console to scanner. I checked converter UTP to coaxial is ok.

Hi Juan, did you check the connection? Mostly you have got an communication error. check the connection of the console and from left side of the gantry check the STC and OBC boards lights are they ok or not.
the Gantry have three ,modules ETC STC OBC When I do the ping the system return unknown host in the three modules. These modules are not independent?
at leasts ETC STC?
