I have a Regius 110 with CS-3 which would not display a correct image as exposed on the cassette. It always show that its reading and after it finishes, a blank rectangle like shape is displayed on the image screen whenever I try to scan an exposed cassette. The machine and all connections seem to be okay, but could not display any image acquired. Could it be software problem or can someone please tell me what I should do to make the image display correctly?
