This is a VSYNC Sensor error during scanning/loading/feeding.
Possible causes: plate jam, sensor malfunction, deformation of detector, detector not securely attached, motor malfunction, no solid connection, MAIN_BOARD malfunction.
Use the service tool to if loading/feeding motor and V-SYNC sensor are working.
If not, confirm that all connectors are secure, there is no deformation of detectors, the spring is loaded and the detector is securely attached.
confirm that loading/feeding motor (JP3)-(JP31-1)is working
Confirm that V-SYNC Sensor (JP32)-(JP31-1)(JP31-2)-(JP36-1)(JP36-1)-(JP36-2) is working
Confirm that all wires are firmly connected
If motor/sensor are faulty, replace
If motor/sensor plus all connectors and wiring is ok, change the MAIN_BOARD
