Hello. I have a sonos 5500 the trackball moves only up and down not side to side what can I do though I have change the trackball but still thesame thing
Check the continuity of the cable that connects the trackball and the Processor Graphics board. It all the wires are good, the Processor Graphics board must be the problem.
