I have a voluson e6 that I just purchased refurbished. It worked fine the first few days but now the images are very grainy in 2d,4d, and hd live. I'm not sure if the presets got messed up or what the issue is. Is there a way to reset the presets back to original? Would I need to do a software reload? I noticed as well that the volume probe gets hot when scanning. Could this be the problem?
