AN8100 is used also in OpenView manufactured by Picker. From manual attached to this amplifier is means: 2 -fault, 1-4 - Power Supply fault.
Detailed description is: "Exceesive current from HB supply due to a componant or Power supply heat sink temperature is too high - Either z clogged air filter or the ambient temperature is above the design limit"
