RIC5-9H not detecting on the machine.
There is 2 other probes working on all connectors but this vaginal probe not detecting on all ports (connectors).
He is in another city. He sent the probe for me. I opened the probe connector and the shield. All electronic parts inside the connector seems ok.
Please advise me if you think anything.
Machine is Voluson 730 exp, year 2007.
RIC5-9H year 2012.
